GebioMized manufactures state of the art cycling analysis products based on over 10 years of cycling research in the field of biomechanics. Originating from the School of Sports Science of Münster University, GeBioM incorporated its work in the biomechanics of sport and orthopedic problems in the development of their products. GebioMized products include saddle and pedal pressure measurement equipment, custom saddles and custom insoles.
Daniel Schade, founder and product manager of GebioMized, received his Sports Science degree from the University of Muenster specializing in biomechanics. His thesis focused on comparing standard and customized saddles and analyzing the rider’s pressure distribution. In cooperation with Dr. Claus Oehler (Sport Medicine Specialist, Augsburg), Daniel developed patent-registered methods of saddle-pressure measurement. In addition to his experience in biomechanics, he has over 10 years of experience in the field of bike fitting, cycling analysis and the optimization of Professional Cyclists. GebioMized has worked extensively with Cervelo Test Team, HTC Columbia and Katusha.
